Helichrysum Essential Oil (aka Everlasting Essential Oil, aka Immortelle Essential Oil) - (Italian Everlasting or Immortelle) Helichrysum italicum , H. angustifolium (Family Asteraceae) - France - Helichrysum species is used as an antidepressant. Used to freshen the air, mind and body this is a very useful oil. Helps to clear the mind, chest and sinus and relieves aches, pains and menstrual discomfort. There are approximately 500 species of helichrysum. / Source: flower / Production method: steam distillation.

Ho Essential Oil (Ho Wood Essential Oil) - AKA Camphor White Essential Oil - (AKA Camphor White) Cinnamomum camphora (Family, Lauraceae) - Japan - Can be used as a deodorant, soothing agent, skin conditioner, aphrodisiac, muscle relaxant and to care for oily skin and, has also been used as an insect repellent. Also used in detergents, soaps, disinfectants, deodorants, room sprays etc. / Source: wood / Production method: steam distillation / Aromatherapy class: balancing, stimulating, toning, cooling / Aroma type: camphoraceous / Blends well with: olibanum, ylang ylang, orange, mandarin / Safety Information: Camphor should be used sparingly and completely avoided by those suffering from epilepsy, and should be avoided by pregnant women.

Hyssop Essential Oil - Hyssopus officinalis, H. officinalis Var. decumbens (Family, Lamiaceae [Labiatae]) - France - Hyssop essential oil is sacred to early Greeks and Hebrews. Warm and Vibrant, can promote alertness and clarity of thought. When used in a fragrancer can protect rooms from infection. Used to treat colds and flu, helps heal bruised skin. / Source: roots, India, Egypt and Europe / Production method: steam distillation / Aromatherapy class: warming, stimulating, balancing / Aroma type: herbaceous / Skin type: blemished / Traditional use: soothing agent, skin conditioner / Blends well with: celery, fennel, lavender, orange, rosemary, tangerine / CAUTION: Safety Information: Powerful oil not to be used when pregnant, suffering from epilepsy, or high blood pressure.

Jasmine Absolute - Jasminum Grandiflorum or J. officinale (Family, Oleaceae) - India - Pure and undiluted. Jasmine oil is Emotionally warming. Relaxes, soothes, uplifts and helps self confidence. Good for stress and general anxiety. Perfect skin care oil, excellent for hot, dry skin. Sensual properties and reputedly an Aphrodisiac!. Only needs to be used in very small quantities. Exquisite perfume. A vast quantity of blossoms, which must be gathered at night when scent is at highest, are required to produce only a few drops of oil. / Perfume Note=Base / Source: flowers, Egypt / Production method: solvent, extraction / Aromatherapy class: uplifting, balancing / Aroma type: floral / Skin type: dry, normal to combination / Traditional use: antiseptic, aphrodisiac, emollient, soothing agent / Blends well with: all floral absolutes / Main constituents: Jasmone, benzyl acetate, benzyl alcohol, indol, linalol, linalyl acetate, phenylacetic acid, methyl jasmonate.

Juniper Berry Essential Oil - Juniperus communis - Croatia - Juniper oil has astringent, antiseptic, and detoxifying properties, Juniper is said to exert a cleansing effect on the mental and spiritual planes as well as on the physical. It has a clean, mildly penetrating, woody scent. Has a cleansing effect on the body, used in many masculine perfumes, after shaves and colognes, and has a calming effect on the emotions. Reputed to strengthen the immune system. / Warning Juniper should not be used when pregnant. / Perfume Note = Middle / Source: flowers / Production method: steam distillation / Aromatherapy class: energizing / Aroma type: coniferous / Skin type: blemished / Traditional use: astringent, skin detoxifier, deodorant, soothing agent / Blends well with: elemi, cypress, clary sage, lavandin / Safety Information: FLAMMABLE / Main constituents: Pinene, myrcene, borneol, camphene, thujene, termenic alcohol.

Kanuka Essential Oil - Kunzea ericoides - New Zealand - A small bushy tree with pointed leaves on full branches. / Extraction: By steam distillation. The oil is 100% pure and natural with no additives. / Benefits: Kanuka was used originally by the Maori people of New Zealand for pain and inflammation relief, skin diseases, and to promote calmness and sleep. Kanuka essential oil is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory and a pleasant perfume. / Uses: For the relief of swelling and muscular pain, for sprains, strains and sports injuries. Helps clear inflammation. Use as a skin tonic and for relaxation. / Safety: Kanuka is a strong oil and should be diluted in a carrier oil - no more than 2 drops per tsp. Use at very low strength with children as it may irritate their skin.

Lavandin Essential Oil - Lavandula hybrida grosso, L. fragrans, L. hortensis (Family, Lamiaceae [Labiatae]) - France - Lavandin is a hybrid plant, a cross between true lavender and spike lavender. The oil has camphoraceous, herbaceous, floral aroma. Used in many types of perfumes, and soaps. Blends well with other oils including cypress, geranium, citronella, clove, cinnamon leaf, pine, thyme and patchouli. Refreshing, purifying, gently clarifying. / Perfume Note=Middle to Top / Source: leaves, France / Production method: steam distillation / Aromatherapy class: stimulating, energizing / Aroma type: herbaceous / Traditional use: soothing agent, muscle relaxant, skin conditioner, astringent / Blends well with: clove, bay leaf, cinnamon, citronella, cypress, geranium, patchouli / Main constituents: Borneol, camphor, cineol, geraniol, linalol, linalyl acetate.

Lavandin (organic) Essential Oil - Organic Lavandula hybrida grosso, L. fragrans, L. hortensis (Family, Lamiaceae [Labiatae]) - France - Lavandin is a hybrid plant, a cross between true lavender and spike lavender. Lavandin oil has camphoraceous, herbaceous, floral aroma. Used in many types of perfumes, and soaps. Blends well with other oils including cypress, geranium, citronella, clove, cinnamon leaf, pine, thyme and patchouli. Lavender 40/42 Essential Oil (French) - Lavandula angustifolia, L. officinalis, L. vera (Family, Lamiaceae [Labiatae]) - France - 40/42 means that the lavender is blended with other lavenders to bring the percentage of linalol to between 40% & 42%. Linalol is a active component of Lavender that is therapeutically beneficial. Some Lavenders have more that 40/42 but most don't. Lavender is the most versatile of essential oils. It is relaxing and refreshing, uplifts the spirits, and helps to relieve the distress of muscle pain. NO home should be without it. Balances your body and mind. Calms or stimulates according to your bodies needs. Excellent for refreshing tired muscles, feet and head. Add a drop to the pillow/sheet before peaceful sleep. Treats burns and reduces scaring. Can be used neat in small amounts on burns, but care still needs to be taken. Lavender, E. Europe Essential Oil - Lavandula angustifolia, L. officinalis, L. vera (Family, Lamiaceae [Labiatae]) - Bulgaria - A great lavender essntial oil - almost as good as our organic Lavender Provence (French), but not quite. Lavender is the most versatile of essential oils. It is relaxing and refreshing, uplifts the spirits, and helps to relieve the distress of muscle pain. NO home should be without it. Balances your body and mind. Calms or stimulates according to your bodies needs. Excellent for refreshing tired muscles, feet and head. Add a drop to the pillow/sheet before peaceful sleep. Treats burns and reduces scaring. Can be used neat in small amounts on burns, but care still needs to be taken. Lemon Essential Oil - Citrus limonum (Family, Rutaceae) - Italy - Our Lemon essential oil has a fresh, citrus scent that is revitalizing and uplifting. It has antibacterial and tonic properties, making it useful for relief of cold symptoms. Widely used in beauty care. It cleanses, refreshes, cools and stimulates. Astringent and antiseptic oil. Useful for oily skin. Can be used to lighten dull, stained hands or to tone and condition nails and cuticles. Lemongrass Essential Oil - Cymbopogon citratus (D.C.) Stapf. Family, Poaceae [Gramineae]) - Guatamala - Lemongrass essential oil has a refreshing, cleansing and stimulating tonic on the body. Added to shampoos to give a shine to the hair. An antiseptic and astringent oil. Sweet powerful 'lemony' aroma which make a good refreshing and deodorizing room fragrance. / Warning: may cause irritation of the skin. / Perfume Note=Top / Source: aerial parts / Production method: steam distillation / Aromatherapy class: calming / Aroma type: citrus / Skin type: oily / Traditional use: insect repellent, skin conditioner, soothing agent, muscle relaxant, deodorant, antiseptic / Blends well with: geranium, jasmine, lavender / Safety Information: can cause skin irritation / Main constituents: Citral, dipentene, linalol, geraniol.

Lime Essential Oil - Citrus Aurantifolia (Family, Rutaceae) Acts like lemon and the other citrus oils, Nice aroma. Warning Do not use lime on the skin in direct sunlight, however if the essential oil of lime is distilled rather that expressed, then it does not have a phototoxic effect. Dilute to 1% and use only 3 drops in a bath as it may cause irritation of the skin. / Perfume Note=Top / Source: fruit peels, West Indies / Production method: Cold expression but some steam distillation / Aromatherapy class: energizing, uplifting / Aroma type: citrus / Traditional use: soothing agent, astringent, skin conditioner / Blends well with: clary sage, citronella, lavender, lavandin, neroli, rosemary.

Linden Blossom Absolute - Tilia cordata Mill., Tilia europaea. T. vulgaris (Family, Tiliaceae) - France - Linden Blossom Absolute oil in a jojoba carrier oil solution - 5%. One of the floral absolutes. Used for calming and stress reduction and a tonic for the nervous system. / Warning Linden Blossom should not be used over a long period of time.

Massage Oils - We produce 3 basic massage oils, Relaxing, Sports & Uplifting. Each is made with our massage base (a combination of Almond, Grapeseed & Jojoba Oils). For each, we add a combination of pure essential oils. Use as a massage, body or bath oil (2 to 3 tablespoons for most massages or add 1 cap full to a warm bath).
Massage Oils - NEW - We now produce 13 NEW massage oils, Aphrodisiac - Female, Aphrodisiac - Male, Cold & Flu, Headache, Insomnia, Muscle Pain, Overcoming Sadness, Patchouli, Peace of Mind, Serenity, Scar Heal & Sinusitus. Each is made with our massage base (a combination of Almond, Grapeseed & Jojoba Oils). For each, we add a combination of pure essential oils. Use as a massage, body or bath oil (2 to 3 tablespoons for most massages or add 1 cap full to a warm bath).
Aromatherapy Blends - NEW - We also offer 11of our NEW blends as pure Essential Oils with no dilution: Aphrodisiac - Female, Aphrodisiac - Male, Cold & Flu, Headache, Insomnia, Muscle Pain, Overcoming Sadness, Peace of Mind, Serenity & Sinusitus. You can blend these with our massage base (sold separately) or diluted with any carrier oil. Each ½oz (15ml) bottle holds about 450 drops.
Aromatherapy Kits - We've created 5 new kits that you can use to make a variety of your own blends: Basic Kit, Breathe Easy Kit, Sports/Muscle Kit, Relaxing Kit & Uplifting Kit. Each kit includes 4 ½oz (15ml) bottles of Essential Oil plaus a 4 oz. bottle of our Base Oil and recipes for making several healing blends.
Lotions - We make several wonderful lotions using our Natural Lotion Base and pure Essential Oils -Jasmine, Lavender, Orange Blossom (Neroli), and Rose.
Flower Waters - made from pure and natural essential oils infused into distilled water. Our Rose Petal and Orange Blossom Flower Waters are especially nice and make a wonderful toner for the face. Our 4 & 8oz bottles include atomizer tops. Put one in the refrigerator for an invigorating spritz.
Aromatherapy Diffusers - We offer several kinds of aromatherapy diffusers ranging from simple ceramic tea candle diffusers to professional quality electric diffusers. We also have Aromatherapy starter kits for relaxation, sore muscles, stuffy head, etc.
Aromatherapy Accessories - Our Wooden Boxes make great gifts or organizers for your essential oils. We offer 2 sizes of mahogany stained wooden boxes that are compartmentalized. One holds 12 essential oils [in ½oz (15ml) bottles] upright and the other holds 24. We also have some small wooden gift boxes with brass inlay that hold 2 ea. essential oils and some other items that you might like.
Kid Stuff - We carry a very nice pure organic Safflower Oil that is actually good for the baby's skin (unlike mineral oil). Also a Breathe Easy Formula and a Relaxing Massage Oil as well as our Baby Skeeter Skatter and a gentle Lavender Lotion.
Natural Pest Control - We now offer several Natural Pest Solutions, including our Skeeter Skatter (one formula for adults & one for babies) and our Mouse Away. The Skeeter Skatter is all natural and made with pure essential oils, distilled water & a little alcohol (as a dispersant). Smells good / Non-Toxic / Works Good. Mouse Away is pure Peppermint Essential Oil - It seems that rodents don't like it AT ALL.
